If your are in or close to Antalya, TBR’s technical service will be there in 2 hours.
Even if you are out of Antalya, technical service that TBR will send you will arrive as soon as possible.(This period may change depending on the distance to city center)
We should also add that this service is totally free!

TBR is not responsible for tire bursts or other tire-related problems that may occur on the road of the motorcycle you rented.

Vehicle towing and parking fees etc. are not included in the motorcycle deposit. (Except technical problems).
No refund will be made if the motorcycle is left before the end of the lease due to the user's accident or other personal problems (where TBR is not responsible).
However, for special cases, a free rental certificate equal to the remaining rental period is given to be used in the future (2 years).

After every 1500 km for scooters and every 3000 km for motorcycles, the oil and oil change fee belongs to the customer.

If a new motorcycle is requested after the accident, it is subject to a fee.

Traffic fines, non-payment of fees at bridge and highway crossings or damages that may occur to the motorcycle by the lessor that may occur between the rental dates of the rented motorcycle are blocked from your credit card for additional payments in the amount determined by TBR. If there is no additional payment as of the day the motorcycle is rented, this blockage will be automatically removed from your credit card after 25 days, which is the legal process.

Your credit card must be open for pre-authorisation. Please check the motorcycle before receiving it.

During the motorbike rental, you will be asked for a credit card, especially for the deposit, please make sure that your credit card is open to this type of transaction before coming to our office, ask your bank. You can also pay the deposit in cash if you wish.

Our motorcycles are not suitable for offroad use in places such as sand, beaches, stony terrain, wetlands (creek beds, etc.); Our dear customers who rent motorcycles must comply with these rules.

It is forbidden to use the motorcycle and scooter with slippers!

Passengers on the back of the motorcycle must be at least 16 years old.

If you lose the traffic registration licence or registration plate of the motorbike or scooter you rented, there is a fee of 90 €.

If you lose the ignition key of the motorbike or scooter you rent, you will be charged for the original ignition key. Prices vary according to the motorbike and scooter brand. (For example, the cheapest new ignition key is 50 €, the highest priced ignition key price is 190 €).
